East Melbourne Synagogue Exterior, Study (Original Oil on Paper)
Original Artwork — $1,240 USD
A4 (21 x 29.7 cm), oil on 100% cotton rag paper
Painted in response to the firebombing of East Melbourne Synagogue in July 2025, this is the original plein air-style study that began it all.
This synagogue was the first I ever walked into as an adult. A place that welcomed me into Jewish life with open arms. When I heard the news from Tel Aviv, I knew I had to do something—something with my hands, with paint.
This quiet exterior study became the first image in a new series, B’livi, exploring memory, grief, and the places that shape us.
Created in oil on museum-quality cotton rag paper, this piece is unframed and ships flat, with a certificate of authenticity. It’s one of a kind—and deeply personal.
Profits from this sale will be donated to East Melbourne Synagogue.
